Attention All UsersAll users of the Randolph Community College Virtual Campus (www.virtualrandolph.org) or the Educator Learning Software portal (educator.virtualrandolph.org) are strongly advised against using Microsoft Internet Explorer for course, course registration, and payment purposes. New AccountsIf you just set up your account, it may not be active yet. New accounts can take from 4 to 8 hours to become active. If your username is unrecognized, wait 4 hours and try to login again. |
Dial-up Customer WoesIf you are a dial-up internet user, you may experience connection timeouts. As with the start of every semester, the server is VERY busy for the first week. Simply be patient and attempt to contact the server during non-peak hours (8-10am, 12-1pm, 4:30-5:30pm, after 11pm). After the first week, most students have settled into a routine and there is less of a rush to get the initial assignments completed. |
Update Your Email AddressAll students are required to obtain and register an accurate email address with the RCC Virtual Campus as part of the online account creation process. If you have not used your email account (ie. hotmail, yahoo) for sometime please verify that it is still active and has available space to receive messages.If you fail to keep an accurate email account, you may not receive vital information that you need to participate in your online courses. It the responsibility of the student, to maintain the accuracy of this account information. You can update your account information at any time by using the Account Services menu at www.virtualrandolph.org. ALL CORRESPONDENCE SENT FROM THE RCC VIRTUAL CAMPUS WILL BE SENT TO THIS ADDRESS: USERNAMES, PASSWORDS, COURSE AVAILABILITY NOTICES AND OTHER REGISTRATION INFORMATION. FAILURE TO KEEP AN ACCURATE EMAIL ADDRESS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ACADEMIC RECORD BY NOT RECEIVING THIS INFORMATION. |
